What I Wore:

Top: Marshalls $11
Skirt: Salvation Army $3
Sandals: Ross $16

I tend to dance around when I take pictures in my yard so its always a little awkward because i live in an apartment complex so theres apartments around me and someone elses balcony over me, and sometimes i wonder if anybody is looking at me wondering "who is that girl randomly dancing by herself?" Hehe, aw well.
Sorry for the lack of posts also, my life has been CRAZY.
I got a job at Ralphs and have been working.... alot.
Also there has been a lot of family stuff going on. So. Well, this post is dedicated to my Aunt Sandy.

My Floating Balloon: Today my balloon has Sandra. You are in all of your family and friends hearts and i hope that where you are now you are happy. In the last moments you were alive it did not seem as if you were living. You are a beautiful woman with an amazing heart and while cancer may have gotten the better of all of us, your memory of who you were before cancer will always live longer. And even though i only knew you for a short while, the impression you left on me was a great one. You were a wonderful mother, a great sister and friend to my mother, and an amazing person. I love you.

Rest in Peace <3

I've been going to the beach too much! I"m burned in places that shouldnt be burned! Today I decided to take a break from going out and have been staying in my room writing and watching Star Trek. Dont judge.

My Floating Balloon: Today my balloon has...

"Yet you could feel a vibration in the air, a sense of hastening. It had started with the moon, inaccessible poem that it was. Now men had walked upon it, rubber treads on a pearl of the gods. Perhaps it was an awareness of time passing, the last summer of the decade. Sometimes I just wanted to raise my hands and stop. But stop what? Maybe just growing up."

A quote from Just Kids by Patti Smith. I have been carrying this around with me every day that I go to the beach. It has taken me a while to read it, only because I have not read it anywhere else really but the beach. For some reason, when I am at home I can't get into it as well as when  I am at the beach. The words she writes just kind of fade in my head. But when i'm in the sand next to my friend, I don't know, it just seems so much easier to comprehend. Anyway. I love this quote and thought i would share it with you for it had to do with summer and everything I am thinking about.

<3 Thanks for Reading.
